Auchentoshan , meaning `Corner of the field’ in Gaelic, produces a delicate, smooth and light single Malt Whisky.  It’s subtle nose and flavouring is the result of a unique tripe distallation process that produces even more refinement than the widely adopted twin distallation utilized by other brands.  They even produce a handsome looking bottle.
