Caol Ila is a fantastically blanaced Islay malt scotch whisky that is describen by many whisky writers as a great aperitif due to it’s smooth olive characteristics.  It has some distinctive Islaly character so you’ll be able to pinpoint it’s heritage, but the Caol Ila whisky collection isn’t like any other standard bottling from Islay, it is that little bit more quirky and unusual.
