Colour: Straw yellow. Tasting notes, undiluted: Nose: Sweet - bubblegum, citrus fruits - lemonade, cream soda. Delicate spicy edge. palate: Peppery, cedar wood, little creaminess developing. With water: Nose:Fruity - bananas, soft fruits - strawberries and cream. Floral, herbal notes. Palate: Charred wood, toasted, nutty - linseed. Again slight creaminess. Body: Light. Finish: Subtle - clean.
