With water: Nose: Ripe fruit with a floral edge. Spicy almost herbal aromas - rosemary and tarragon. Palate: Smoky with wood oil notes. Hints of braken and green leaves with sherry flavours. Body: Complex and smooth. Finish: Sherrywood with a delicate floral edge. Cask Type: First Fill and Refill Sherry Casks. Style: One of the most complex Speyside malts - an after dinner dram.
