Colour: Pale straw. Tasting notes, undiluted: Nose: Citrus notes with toasted cocoa aromas. Palate: Dry and spicy initially with cut grass and floral flavours developing. With water: Nose: Fruity aromas - bananas, slightly resinous with sweet perfumed notes. Palate: Dry - cedar/pine wood, spicy flavours with a touch of ozone. Body: Light. Finish: Dry - floral. Cask type: Refill Sherry Hogsheads. Style: Some would say 'the' Lowland Malt - light with subtle flavours.
